Production process

Five clear stages from recipe to wrapped soap.

The process is designed for repeatable small-batch work and easy review after every production run.

Recipe, blend, mold, cure, and ship stages

Recipe planning

Define the oils, lye solution, water, fragrance, color, and batch size before work begins.

Weighing and blending

Measure each ingredient, combine at the planned temperature, and mix until the batch reaches trace.

Molding and cutting

Pour into prepared molds, rest the loaf, then cut bars to a consistent size.

Curing

Place bars on ventilated racks and let them cure until the recipe reaches the expected firmness and mildness.

Packing

Inspect, label, wrap, and store finished soap in a dry area until it is ready to ship.
